HD WORKSHOP - crown + ajna Activation 7/31
We are hosting a Crown + Ajna: Mind Center Activation Workshop on on Wednesday, July 31 at 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET. This event will last 90 minutes and be held on Zoom.
The Crown and Ajna centers focus on how you take in information and inspiration and how you conceptualize information and view the world. These centers impact how your mind works and how you intellectually relate to others. Understanding them can help you identify your gifts with processing and sharing information, as well as the ways you are likely to get overwhelmed or overstimulated.
In this workshop, we will explore the themes of both the Crown and Ajna centers, the gifts and challenges for defined and open centers, and the gates of each center. We will engage in group discussion and interactive activities.
It is an amazing way to better understand yourself, your gifts, and how to support yourself.
